• Payments for services must be completed according to the agreed schedule in the contract.
• Refunds are only provided in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services, as per our service agreement.
• Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for custom-developed software, applications, and solutions remain with Hamber Tech Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Clients may be granted a license or full ownership rights based on contractual terms.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of our work is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure all provided materials, content, and requirements comply with legal regulations.
• Clients must test and review deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe and provide timely feedback.
• Any modifications beyond the initial scope may result in additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from the misuse or improper implementation of our services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services but commit to addressing issues promptly within agreed support terms.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during a project.
• We will not disclose project-related details to third parties without prior consent, except when required by law.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate a project or service with prior written notice as per the contract terms.
• In case of termination, clients must settle any outstanding payments for work completed.
• We reserve the right to terminate services if clients violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
